Job summary

CORE Linen is hiring a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment in a commercial laundry facility. The role emphasizes equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency through preventive maintenance and timely repairs during production operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery experience.
• Experience with installing new equipment is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Monitor production equipment during operations and initiate corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components and conveyor systems.
• Respond to equipment failures during production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow-up actions.
• Communicate status and repair timelines to supervisors and engineering as needed.
• Assist with technical work and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety policies.
