Job summary

Insight Textiles, part of the Apex Mills Family of Companies, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team, plan preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership with strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills and experience guiding contractors and capital projects while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Associate/technical degree or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
Five+ years in industrial maintenance, including troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, train, and develop plant maintenance personnel.
Plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and controls-related equipment problems.
Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment and industrial control systems.
Maintain and repair production machinery, motors, drives, pumps, valves, piping, electrical systems, and related equipment.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime and interruptions to manufacturing schedules.
