Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote strategies aligning operations with company culture and goals.
• Lead production teams to achieve first-quality garments on time and within cost targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor Supervisors and Team Leads; manage training and performance development.
• Oversee safety programs and participate in incident investigations with EHS Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflow.
• Prepare production planning, scheduling, and reporting, including cost and quality metrics.
