Job summary

ROICOM USA LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct the garment maintenance team and drive uptime across all sewing and automation equipment. You will set priorities, review repairs, and ensure safe, compliant maintenance programs while coordinating with engineering on new projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of garment maintenance, strong knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, servo motors, and sewing machine technology, plus Jack Machine programming expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical cert in related field preferred.
• 5+ years garment maintenance experience; Level 3 Advanced seniority for internal candidates.
• Advanced pneumatics, electrical/electronics, servo motors, sewing machines, conveyors.
• Jack Machine programming and repair of all sewing machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead garment maintenance team; assign work orders and ensure on-time repairs.
• Serve as expert for complex diagnoses and equipment overhauls.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs; oversee CMMS/TPM.
• Coordinate equipment overhauls, new installations, and NPI with Engineering.
• Coach and develop mechanics; monitor timekeeping and safety compliance.
• Participate in planning meetings and communicate risks to leadership.
• Enforce OSHA/LOTO and 5S in the shop.
