You will oversee day-to-day operations for residential service and installation, recruit and train technicians, and develop efficient processes for inventory and scheduling.

We're a small but ambitious company that's looking to add one experienced Garage Door Technician to help us take our commercial overhead door and equipment installation business and expand it into the residential market. About the Role

We're looking for someone with the technical expertise and leadership mindset to launch our residential services division. The ideal candidate is someone who's close to hanging up their tools and wants to grow into a key management role. You will help us build the right business processes, ensure that we have the right supply base and to make contributions wherever they may be needed. You'll lead day-to-day operations for residential service and installation projects, while helping locate, train and hire the right technicians and ensuring part inventory levels are managed and optimized.

From time to time, you might get the opportunity to travel out of town to support larger commercial/industrial installation projects. As the residential side of our business grows, travel will drop significantly.

• Mobile equipment cert (forklift, telehandler, other)

• IDEA certification in rolling steel, rolling steel fire, commercial sectional, residential sectional, gates/operators
