Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of product engineering experience with GaN power technology.
- Strong knowledge of NPI processes in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with wide-bandgap devices such as GaN or SiC.
- Proven project management skills and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead GaN product development from concept to production.
- Track project schedules and NPI fab lots using Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with marketing, PE and device teams to manage NPI gates.
- Ensure datasheets are completed on time.
- Manage qualification activities, reliability and yield analysis.
- Host weekly GaN project management calls.
