Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Senior Account Manager to be the first point of contact for partner studios. You will support day-to-day business, manage partner relationships, and drive strategic objectives across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include owning partner operations, developing a deep understanding of partner portfolios, and contributing to planning and performance reviews. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Publisher Relations, Studio Relations, Technical Account Management or similar roles.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Analytically minded with data experience.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day business for assigned partner studios, ensuring smooth operation and health of the Partner.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Partner’s business, portfolio, and long-term vision.
Identify business opportunities across Partner’s portfolio and live services.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver commercial objectives globally.
Input, monitor and track CRM progress through Salesforce.
