Qualifications

• Experience as a Character Designer on multiple titles for at least 2 years.
• Proven ability to bring thematically unique characters to life in games.
• Strong understanding of strengths, weaknesses and counterplay in character design.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities to bring new gameplay hooks to characters.
• Develop and oversee combat mechanics, weapons, and abilities.
• Collaborate with animators and gameplay programmers to prototype and implement features.
• Take character designs through a full development cycle from concept to release.
• Use metrics and player feedback to refine character design.
