Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced strategic QA leader to drive game QA initiatives for AAA/AA studios. You will architect bespoke QA solutions, lead discovery, and guide automation, CI/CD, and risk management across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes presales engagements, executive-level presentations, and expansion within existing accounts to grow EPAM's Game QA practice. Remote work is supported outside New York City.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Game QA with 3+ years in formal leadership roles; proven track record launching multiple AAA titles across PC, Console, or Mobile.
• Presales or consulting experience; designing custom QA solutions and closing high-value service agreements.
• Strong fluency in Unreal and Unity engine architectures; proficient with version control and engineering pipelines.
• Deep expertise in platform compliance including PlayStation TRCs, Xbox TCRs, Nintendo Lotcheck.
• Strong commercial acumen in project estimation and resource budgeting; translating game designs into QA delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills aligning technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development to lead client pitches and draft Statements of Work for game QA solutions.
• Own discovery and onboarding for new engagements, mapping workflows, platform compliance, and automation needs.
• Advise studios on pipelines, automation, CI/CD integration, and risk management across portfolios.
• Forecast staffing models, establish SLAs, and optimize delivery frameworks for multi-disciplinary QA teams.
• Present data-driven QA readiness metrics and compliance risks to executives for launch decisions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and contribute to long-term Game QA growth.
