Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic Game QA leader to architect bespoke QA solutions for top-tier studios. You will own discovery, onboarding, and automation strategies, influencing multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful launches across AAA and AA titles.

You will forecast staffing, define SLAs, and present data-driven QA readiness metrics to executives, driving growth and long-term QA practice expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Game QA with 3+ years in formal leadership roles.
• Experience in presales or consulting, including designing QA solutions and closing high-value agreements.
• Strong fluency in Unreal and Unity engine architectures and related pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes client pitches and draft precise Statements of Work for game studios.
• Own discovery and onboarding for new engagements, mapping engineering workflows and automation needs.
• Advise studios on automation, CI/CD integration, and risk management across titles.
