Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Game QA leader to drive quality strategy, presales engagements, and bespoke QA solutions for AAA/AA studios across PC, Console or Mobile.

You will own discovery, onboarding, and automation roadmap, aligning engineering pipelines with risk-management and delivery excellence. You will present data-driven QA readiness metrics to studio executives, mentor multi-disciplinary teams, and identify growth opportunities within key accounts to shape the long-term

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Game QA experience with 3+ years in formal leadership roles.
• Proven track record launching AAA titles across PC, Console or Mobile.
• Presales or consulting experience designing bespoke QA solutions and closing high-value service agreements.
• Fluent understanding of Unreal/Unity engine architectures and engineering pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client pitches, architect bespoke QA solutions and draft Statements of Work for game studios.
• Own discovery and onboarding, map engineering workflows, and define automation requirements.
• Advise on pipelines, CI/CD integration, and risk management across title portfolios.
• Forecast staffing, set SLAs, and optimize delivery frameworks for QA teams.
• Present QA readiness metrics and compliance risks to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and shape the Game QA practice growth.
