Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks an experienced Producer to lead project planning across cross‑discipline teams for a new console title. You will guide roadmap development, sprint planning, and staffing decisions, ensuring timely delivery and quality across features from design to QA.

The role requires strong communication, Jira proficiency, and a track record of shipping titles with large multi‑team efforts. Collaboration with leads and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication across disciplines.
• Proficiency with Jira, workflows, backlog management and reporting.
• Experience with Confluence and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of game features across cross-discipline teams through development phases.
• Oversee development roadmap and backlogs for features and teams; manage day-to-day ops.
• Identify outsourcing opportunities in collaboration with leads and producers.
• Lead sprint planning; ensure tasks are entered, estimated, and tracked.
• Develop roadmaps, collect data, and monitor sprint capacity and delivery.
• Keep sprint deliverables on track and manage scope creep discussions.
• Surface support needs for design, art, engineering, QA; align staffing with priorities.
• Run standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and inter-team communication.
• Participate in bug triage with engineering and QA.
• Identify impediments and risks; create mitigation plans and communicate them.
