Job summary

CoolGames, an international HTML5 game studio, seeks a Senior Game Designer to shape core progression, economy and LiveOps for free‑to‑play titles. You will own an events and content roadmap that boosts retention and revenue, blending creative design with data‑driven decision making.

Working with a multidisciplinary, agile team, you will translate KPIs into updates, mentor other designers and ensure balanced systems across desktop, tablet and mobile, delivering world‑class gaming experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Game Designer in mobile/web F2P.
• Hands-on systems/economy and LiveOps experience in casual games.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain systems design for core loops, progression, rewards and economy.
• Build LiveOps strategy and content roadmap to drive engagement and revenue.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and use results to improve retention & monetization.
• Create developer-ready design documents and balancing sheets.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, art, QA and marketing in an agile team.
• Mentor other game designers and raise team craft.
