Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• Shipped at least 3 AAA F2P released projects (Mobile/Console/PC/Mac).
• Minimum 4 years as Lead or Senior designer in digital media.
• Experience owning and implementing creative design from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership: craft overall vision for products.
• Communicate vision to team and leadership.
• Oversee design docs, specs, milestones and deliverables.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to implement features.
