You will collaborate with Producers, Artists and Developers to turn ideas into finished products, analyze player data to improve retention, and monitor market trends for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Propose, develop and balance the economic system in the game.
• Design events, LiveOps, player retention and monetization systems.
• Work closely with Producer, Artist and Developer to turn ideas into finished products.
• Analyze player data to optimize experience and retention.
