You will sustain and optimize photolithography processes, implement automation and SPC/FDC techniques, and work with development teams on new technologies to improve tool capability and reduce defects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 5 years of photolithography experience or 3 years with MS/PhD.
• Cleanroom experience in photolithography.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot wafer problems in fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve GaAs photolithography processes.
• Improve GaAs photolithography process to prevent photo issues.
• Implement and improve detection using automation and FDC.
• Implement and improve detection using automation and SPC.
• Evaluate and implement cost reduction in photo area.
• Review photo metrology (thickness, CD, overlay), AOI, electrical, SPC, and FDC trends.
• Use statistical software to analyze data and improve processes.
• Reduce held lots and ensure timely disposition of held lots.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

MS/PhD in related field (optional)
