Job summary

Quisitive is seeking a CPA with 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience to join the team in the United States. The role focuses on US GAAP research, technical memos, and investor reporting, working closely with the Controller and FP&A.

You will draft memos, prepare financial statements and disclosures, monitor standards, and liaise with external auditors and private equity sponsors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA with 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 805.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex accounting research and application under US GAAP.
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and assess impacts.
• Draft technical accounting memos and present conclusions.
• Serve as key contact for private equity sponsor and investor reporting.
• Collaborate with Controller, FP&A, and external auditors.
