Job summary

Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting team. You will own complex accounting research, apply US GAAP, and support external financial reporting for private equity sponsors and institutional investors.

You will collaborate with the Controller, FP&A, and external auditors to ensure timely, well-supported financial statements, monthly close processes, and meaningful investor reporting packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606/842/805).
• Experience preparing external financial statements and audit deliverables.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience with Dynamics BC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and document accounting treatment for complex transactions under US GAAP.
• Draft technical accounting memos and position papers for management and auditors.
• Prepare and review external financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures per US GAAP; support audits.
• Own or support monthly/quarterly reporting packages for sponsor and investors, including KPIs and covenants.
• Collaborate with FP&A and deal/portfolio teams on investor data requests and board reporting.
