Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Senior Systems Business Analyst for its FX team in Krakow. You will lead analysis for critical FX applications used by BBH traders in New York, translating business needs into actionable requirements and sustainable system solutions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape scope and priorities, and drive high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle, while advocating Agile principles and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in systems or business analysis across the SDLC.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio or equivalent process-modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of FX processes, data flows, and integrations to assess needs and feasibility.
• Lead requirements discovery, define scope, identify risks, and propose options.
• Facilitate workshops with traders, operations, and tech stakeholders to align priorities.
