• Review FX rate application, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and processing breaks.
• Escalate complex FX issues and client inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Treasury Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Relationship Management.
