Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an FX Operations Analyst 3 to guide and resolve issues in complex foreign exchange transactions. You will be a key escalation point for FX operations and collaborate across divisions to improve client experience.

The role requires SME knowledge of multi-currency loan settlements, risk controls, and process improvements. The office-based position supports a mix of in-office and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of related experience in Foreign Exchange Operations or Capital Markets Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for complex multi-currency loan transactions including funding events, principal repayments, interest payments, restructures and amendments involving foreign currency exposures.
• Coordinate FX syndicated loan settlements with Loan Operations, Syndications, Relationship Managers, Agent Banks and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Review and validate FX rate application, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations for syndicated and bilateral foreign currency loan activity.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions impacting multi-currency loan settlements including payment failures, funding discrepancies and currency-related issues.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex FX operational issues, client inquiries, trade exceptions, and process-related concerns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Treasury Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Relationship Management to drive issue resolution.
