Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in financial operations or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for FX transactions for corporate and institutional clients
• Accurately process incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments
• Verify and confirm FX trades and ensure settlements are executed timely
• Monitor and manage FX payment flows across currencies and platforms
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve trade or payment discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve issues related to delays, mismatches, and compliance alerts
• Maintain transaction records in systems such as WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi
• Collaborate with front-office traders, relationship managers, and clients to ensure seamless trade execution
• Respond to client inquiries related to foreign exchange transactions
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system upgrades or automation efforts
