Yoh, a Day & Zimmerman company, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior FX Operations Analyst to support fast-paced foreign exchange transactions and client processing activities. The role requires strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, or cash processing, and the ability to resolve complex operational issues while improving processing systems.

Responsibilities include delivering analytics and reporting, guiding other teams, addressing client issues promptly, and contributing to product development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years total work experience preferred.
• FX, derivatives, or cash processing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytics and reporting to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manage moderate to complex external client issues.
• Directly advise other units/teams to ensure timely service delivery or resolution of issues.
• Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems are addressed promptly and resolved.
• Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
• Solve complex problems using in-depth system knowledge and industry standards.
• Integrate in-depth area knowledge with industry practices to provide solutions to internal/external clients.
• Provide support to lower level client processing roles.
• May allocate and check work of other team members.
• May supervise reviews, training and approvals.
• Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
