Job summary

SELECTWO MACHINE COMPANY, INC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to own Fusion 360 programming for eight machines, including mills, lathes with live tooling and multi‑axis capability. You will program, prove out, and refine on‑floor to support production and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with machinists and production management, contribute to quotes with cycle times and tooling plans, and uphold AS9100D quality practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong Fusion 360 CAM skills with live tooling and multi‑axis.
• Experience in an AS9100D or aerospace/defense shop.
• Track record of reducing cycle times and reliable programs.
• Clear, collaborative communication with machinists and operators.

Responsibilities

• Programming: create, edit and optimize Fusion 360 programs for mills and lathes with live tooling and multi‑axis setups.
• Design efficient tool paths balancing cycle time, tool life and part quality.
• Prepare setup packages: tool lists, work offsets, fixtures and setup sheets.
• Prove out jobs: validate programs in simulation and support first article inspection.
• Maintain a revision‑controlled program library for on‑floor use.
• Collaborate with production to plan jobs, mentor machinists and translate feedback.
• Support quotes with cycle time estimates, tooling/fixturing plans and manufacturability input.
• Follow AS9100D quality system including documentation and traceability.
