Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer for an established aerospace manufacturer. The role emphasizes ownership of complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, Mastercam programming, and live tooling for mills and lathes.

The ideal candidate will provide setup sheets, tool lists, and on-machine program edits, driving continuous improvement in cycle times, tooling choices, and process efficiency. Strong GD&T and drawing-reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
• 5+ years of Mastercam experience.
• 3–5+ years of CNC machining, setup, and operation experience.
• Strong experience programming and machining with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines and live tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug CNC programs using G-code/M-code.
• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC Mills and Lathes with live tooling.
• Create setup sheets and tool lists; maintain program files.
• Use Mastercam to create models and programs; edit programs at the machine.
• Improve cycle times, feeds/speeds, toolpaths; participate in tooling/tooling cost analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Tooling, Quality, and Production; ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Apply GD&T throughout manufacturing; troubleshoot and refine programs.
