Job summary

One Workplace is seeking a Furniture Project Manager to lead mid-to-large-scale client projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage budgets, coordinate deliveries, and act as the main contact across contractors, facilities teams and clients to ensure smooth, on-time execution.

Ideal candidates bring strong client-facing communication, good budgeting skills, and experience with contract furniture projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• Process improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for mid-to-large projects.
• Develop work plans, schedules and logistics for project delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, building managers and IT teams.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and close-out records.
• Ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
