• 3–5 years of facility, project, furniture activity, or construction-related experience in Corporate Real Estate.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets with multiple activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CMMS move management, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of furniture systems, space planning concepts, and electrical/data installation related to furniture.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Management: Plan and manage small to mid-size furniture projects with schedules and budgets.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as primary client contact, provide updates and maintain communication.
• Vendor Coordination & Oversight: Manage third-party furniture dealers and vendors across teams.
• Project Administration: Set up project files, track progress, and maintain documentation for due diligence.
• Design Collaboration: Work with designers and clients on furniture options and concepts.
• Financial & Schedule Management: Track hours, spend, and procurement activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with SPW, Facilities, Strategic Planning, and PM teams.
