Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager, Furniture to lead a large, complex furniture program in Houston. You will develop SOWs, procurement packages, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with architects, clients, dealers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with CAD/CET and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or communications.
• 7+ years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate real estate industry such as an A/D firm or furniture dealership.
• PMP certification preferred. NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Experience with design software such as CAD or CET is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large complex furniture projects independently, including open items log and BOM review for accuracy.
• Develop furniture Scopes of Work (SOW) and procurement packages in coordination with design teams.
• Coordinate relocation communications, change management plans, and installation activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage vendor selection and order entry for furniture services.
