Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Furniture to oversee large, complex furniture projects from SOW development to procurement and installation coordination. You will work with clients, furniture dealers and internal teams to keep programs on budget and on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in PM/CM/Interior Design/Communications and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and PM software proficiency. On-site roles in Austin, TX are typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or communications.
• 7+ years of practical experience in a similar role within corporate real estate or furniture.
• Strong leadership, organizational and budget management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client/stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large complex furniture projects independently across multiple phases.
• Develop furniture Scopes of Work (SOW) and procurement packages.
• Coordinate furniture installations with clients, dealers and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets and schedules.
• Lead meetings, review progress and address issues with stakeholders.
