Small Biz Heroes is seeking a Senior Funding Manager for our Charlotte, NC office. You will manage qualified funding opportunities from application to funding, working with owners, partners, and our processing team to move deals quickly.

In this role you will structure and present MCA, working capital, term loans, and other financing solutions, negotiate terms, and consistently hit funding and revenue goals while leveraging our referral network and internal support teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in MCA, alternative business finance, or small business lending.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing funding deals.
• Ability to discuss rates, terms, and financing options confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified funding opportunities from application through close.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, marketing, and development to generate opportunities.
• Speak with business owners to assess capital needs and funding goals.
• Review applications and financials to identify viable funding options.
• Structure funding solutions (MCA, working capital, term loan, LOC, equipment financing).
• Close funded transactions and coordinate with processing for underwriting and funding.
