Small Biz Heroes in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Funding Manager to join our in‑office sales team. You will build relationships with business owners, conduct discovery calls, and recommend funding solutions that fit their growth needs.

Start as Funding Manager, progress to Senior Funding Manager or Sales Team Lead. We offer inbound opportunities, hands-on coaching, and a modern office near Bank of America Stadium for a long‑term career.

Qualifications

Industry sales experience is a plus, but character, work ethic, and coachability matter more.
Strong relationship-building and trust-building abilities.
Competitive, coachable, and growth‑oriented mindset.
Experience in relationship-driven industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with business owners through inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's goals.
Recommend funding solutions that fit their business needs.
Guide clients through the funding process from application to funding.
Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and follow proven sales systems.
Continue developing your sales and business knowledge through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
