Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Senior Reports Analyst to support regulatory communications, fund reporting, cost allocation, and operational reporting. You’ll develop and enhance Access, Excel, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions while advancing automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Fund Management, system testing, and deployment of reporting enhancements, with a hybrid office requirement in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, data management, and project management skills.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting solutions.
• Proficient with relational databases and reporting tools (DB2, SQL Server, Access, Excel, SQL).
• Proficient in Excel VBA, VBA, Python, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and related automation tools.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and reporting.
• Attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost allocation processes for internal and external expenses with optimization and automation.
• Develop complex reports by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Design and maintain Access, Excel, SQL, and other reporting solutions to improve data integrity and efficiency.
• Serve as a technical SME for reporting applications and regulatory systems.
• Support testing, QA, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and communications while driving cost savings and AI-enabled automation opportunities.
