Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking a Senior Operations Accountant to join a collaborative team focused on client success and investor confidence. You will maintain client accounting records, process payroll and vendor invoices, and help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

Maintain client accounting records and process AP invoices.
Record and analyze transactions, prepare reconciliations, and assemble workpaper packages.
Prepare and review cash reports to support cash management.
Process client payments via wire transfers and checks with proper approvals.
Maintain client and investor banking and wiring instructions across entities.
Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Support annual tax packages and schedules; assist payroll processing via vendors.
Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors.
