Job summary

Belltower Fund Group (AngelList’s funds services division) seeks a Fund Migrations Senior Associate to oversee onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform. You will manage data validation, operational setup, stakeholder communication, and post-conversion stabilization.

You will report to the Fund Accounting Manager, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive timely, accurate migrations while mentoring offshore specialists and seeking automation opportunities to improve onboarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Experience with alternative investment funds is preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund migrations to the AngelList platform.
• Lead multiple concurrent migration engagements with project plans and milestones.
• Validate migrated data and liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
• Mentor offshore migration specialists and drive process improvements.
