Job summary

Belltower Fund Group, the fund services division of AngelList, seeks a Fund Migrations Senior Associate to oversee onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform. You will manage end-to-end transitions, validate data, and liaise with clients and incumbent administrators.

You will report to the Fund Accounting Manager and mentor offshore specialists while driving improvements in processes and automation to enhance onboarding efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Experience with alternative investment funds (private equity, VC, digital assets) is a plus.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fund migrations from incumbent admins to the AngelList platform.
• Lead multiple migration engagements, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
• Review migrated data for accuracy (capital accounts, GL balances, portfolios, waterfall, historical info).
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide regular updates.
