Job summary

LaSalle Network seeks an experienced Fund Manager to oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and fund administration for a portfolio of investment funds. You will be the primary client liaison, ensuring accurate reporting, timely deliverables, and high-quality service.

The role requires a minimum of five years in fund accounting within private equity, venture capital, public accounting, or fund services, with strong technical accounting skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of fund accounting experience in PE/VC, public accounting, or fund administration.
• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Experience with partnerships, investor allocations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting activities, including general ledger, monthly/quarterly reporting, and year-end statements.
• Review financial statements, investor allocations, capital accounts, and schedules for accuracy.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and allocation of income and expenses.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and manage deliverables.
• Mentor fund accountants and improve accounting processes.
