Zusammenfassung

LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Fund Manager to oversee fund accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of investment funds. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring accurate reporting, timely deliverables and high-quality fund administration services.

The role requires at least five years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, or fund administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of fund accounting experience in PE/VC, private funds, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee fund accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Review financial statements, investor allocations, capital calls, and distribution activity.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure fund accounting records and reporting comply with applicable standards and governing documents.
• Mentor fund accountants and drive process improvements.
