LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Fund Manager to oversee fund accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of investment funds. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring accurate reporting and high-quality fund administration services.

The role requires at least five years of fund accounting experience in PE/VC or fund administration, with strong technical accounting skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of fund accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with investor allocations, capital calls and distributions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fund accounting activities including ledgers, monthly/quarterly reporting and year-end financial statements.
• Review financial statements, investor allocations, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor contributions, and allocation of income and expenses.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors for timely completion.
• Mentor and supervise fund accountants to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
