A leading law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Fund Formation Senior Paralegal to support attorneys with a variety of paralegal tasks. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Fund Formation. This position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $65 to $85, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and parental support benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in Fund Formation.

Responsabilités

• Provide paralegal support to attorneys and senior paralegals.
• Prepare and maintain organizational documents for fund formation.
• Conduct due diligence review of documents and prepare opinions.
