Job summary

Arixa Capital is seeking a Fund Controller based in Los Angeles or Arizona, on a hybrid schedule with in-office days. You will own NAV calculations, investor allocations, and governance across multiple funds, coordinating with external administrators and internal teams.

You will lead the annual fund audit, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive scalable processes for growth. CPA or equivalent credentials highly valued; strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience in private funds/real estate investment funds.
• Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators and annual fund audits.
• Strong understanding of NAV, management/incentive fees, capital activity, and fund financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly NAV calculations and fund closes.
• Review investor capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
• Oversee fund administrator and ensure governance, controls, and data integrity.
