Job summary

Oliver James Group seeks a Controller for its Private Credit finance team in Manhattan. You will lead the accounting and financial reporting for the CLO platform, overseeing monthly closes, NAV and fund returns, and liaising with the Fund Administrator for investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of accounting/finance experience.
• CPA is required.
• Experience with fund accounting and CLOs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the CLO business.
• Own monthly close, NAV, allocations, and fund returns.
• Manage investor reporting with Fund Administrator.
• Assist cash management forecasts and debt facility oversight.
• Ensure compliance of fund credit facilities and asset portfolios.
• Support audits, tax, and regulatory compliance.
