Job summary

DWS Group in New York is hiring a Fund CFO/Fund Controller for its US Infrastructure Debt platform, leading the fund accounting, financial reporting, and governance activities across multiple credit funds and managed accounts.

The role oversees fund structures, liquidity, investor reporting, and coordination with partners including Investment, Tax, Legal and Compliance, with hybrid work and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in alternative investment fund finance and infrastructure/ private credit fund structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams within fund accounting, fund finance or fund operations.
• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, capital calls/distributions, partnership accounting and fund governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fund CFO team across fund accounting, financial reporting, and governance activities.
• Own end-to-end oversight of fund structures, ensuring compliance with documentation and investor obligations.
• Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Operations on launches and growth efforts.
• Lead review and approval of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting packages.
• Oversee fund administrators, auditors and tax advisers.
• Manage fund liquidity, cash forecasting and capital planning to support deployments and distributions.
