DWS Group seeks an Investment Manager for US Infrastructure Debt in New York. You will oversee the investment lifecycle—from origination and structuring to execution and portfolio management—driving value across energy, transport, utilities, and digital assets.

The role requires extensive infrastructure finance experience, top‑notch modelling and credit analysis, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering under tight timelines. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure or project finance, leveraged finance or debt capital markets.
• Proven deal leadership experience, including originating opportunities and managing transactions end‑to‑end.
• Advanced financial modelling and credit analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sponsors, lenders and internal teams.
• Experience navigating credit processes and rating considerations.
• Strong execution under tight timelines and high‑quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of infrastructure debt investments.
• Source and originate opportunities, leveraging sponsor and lender relationships.
• Lead on transactions with cross‑functional coordination and tight timelines.
• Develop and review detailed financial models and assess downside scenarios.
• Drive due diligence across technical, commercial, financial, legal and tax disciplines.
• Present investment papers to committees and interact with sponsors and investors.
• Support fundraising and product strategy, contributing to marketing materials.
