Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a VP of Fund Accounting for a leading global alternative investment manager with $250B+ AUM. The role is ideal for a Manager/Senior Manager or Director aiming to move from public accounting into an industry leadership position in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement (3–4 days on-site).

In this role you will oversee the fund close cycle, manage accounting for illiquid investments across private credit, real estate debt and equity, and complex fund structures,

Qualifications

• Experience managing fund close cycles and timely reporting to investors.
• Oversight of accounting for illiquid investments and complex fund structures.
• Ability to design analytical frameworks for bespoke fee arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fund close cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reporting to internal stakeholders and investors.
• Oversee accounting for complex and illiquid investments, including private credit instruments, structured products, real estate debt and equity, and hybrid fund structures.
• Evaluate and operationalize bespoke fee arrangements, including designing analytical review frameworks to ensure accurate application across investors and distribution partners.
