Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Officer in Fund Administration to manage a portfolio of funds and serve as the day-to-day contact for clients. You will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure governance, compliance and timely reporting, while developing junior team members.

You'll contribute to process improvements, support drawdowns and distributions, and work with banks, lawyers and accountants to meet client timelines. A strong service mindset and IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant fund administration experience is required.
• Professional qualification or progress toward one.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of a portfolio of funds.
• Coordinate core operational processes: drawdowns, distributions, reporting.
• Liaise with clients, banks, lawyers, and accountants; maintain compliance.
• Support accounting and audits and client entity cash management.
• Mentor junior team members and assist business growth.
