Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or financial services related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Generally five years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient Word and Excel skills (Visual Basic macros in Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEC financial accounting and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service providers and perform initial review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and accounting for funds, ETFs, and related companies in publishable formats.
• Review semi-annual and annual regulatory reporting to the SEC, shareholders, and insurance regulators.
• Support audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation and communications.
