Job summary

Transamerica Asset Management is seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst for a hybrid role based in Cedar Rapids, IA, Denver, or Baltimore. You will support TAM’s mutual funds and advisory compliance programs, driving policy development, due diligence, and governance across multiple products and service providers.

The role requires at least five years of fund/compliance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree(s) required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive mutual fund and investment adviser compliance experience.
• Knowledge of Investment Company and Investment Advisers Acts and related rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to quarterly and annual chief compliance officer reporting.
• Participate in cross-departmental issue resolution team.
• Support Compliance Manager in maintaining the mutual funds’ anti-money laundering program.
• Support Compliance Manager in maintaining email supervision system and process.
• Provide compliance review of adviser and fund marketing materials and due diligence questionnaires.
• Contribute to governance and oversight of service providers to TAM’s products.
• Develop and document policies and procedures relating to funds and TAM services.
