Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in accounting, with a preference for private equity and partnerships
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks promptly
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review capital contribution and distribution calculations and fee calculations
• Prepare quarterly incentive allocation models per partnership agreements
• Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements for partnerships
• Coordinate investor notices and capital call communications
• Liaise with auditors and support client requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure deliverables meet client timelines and participate in weekly calls
• Gain working knowledge of Investran Live and CRM platforms
