Job summary

Apex Group in Evansville, IN is seeking an experienced Fund Administration Administrator to support asset setup, reconciliation, and client servicing within our middle office team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, familiarity with fund administration and private equity funds, and strong accounting skills; CPA/MBA or similar is an advantage. Four days in office per week encourage collaboration and hands-on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Knowledge of Fund Administration and Private Equity Funds.
• CPA/MBA/Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work towards deadlines.
• Experience with Paxus, Geneva, Investran, eFront or Allvue is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset setup and maintenance.
• Cash/Position reconciliation and reporting.
• Liaising with brokers, custodians and agents.
• Processing corporate actions and notices.
• Entering and settling trades as required.
• Preparing reports for internal teams.
• Support Middle Office Manager with delegation and training.
