Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a detailed, organized fund accounting administrator to support NAV calculations, accounting work papers, and investor data management. You will prepare financial statements, maintain confidentiality, and deliver client reporting with accuracy.

The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration, and potential training of new staff. A4-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Knowledge of Fund Administration (Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund accounting) a plus.
• CPA/MBA/Master's Degree advantageous.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate administrative duties including cash reconciliations and general ledger journal entries.
• Prepare accounting trial balance work papers and financial statements.
• Maintain confidential institutional and investor data; deliver client-related services and reporting.
• Ensure timely NAV calculations and process fund transactions; support training of new staff.
